Privacy Policy
Infosoft (Kutumb Kart - www.kutumbkart.com) is an AI-powered SaaS Platform and software development company. We design, build, and support custom subscription billing software, eCommerce solutions, and mobile apps for monthly and daily-delivery businesses. This policy explains what information we collect while working with you — during discovery, development, and after your software goes live — and how we protect it.

Infosoft Technologies Private Limited (operating under the brand name "Kutumb Kart" via www.kutumbkart.com) ("Infosoft", "we", "us") is a Pune-based SaaS Platform and software development company. We build custom subscription billing software, eCommerce solutions, admin dashboards, and mobile apps for recurring-order businesses — milk & dairy, newspaper, laundry, tiffin, water jar, salon, flower delivery, car washing, and monthly car rental services. This policy covers three things: our own website, the data you share with us while we develop your software, and the subscriber data that flows through the systems we build and support for you.
Information We Collect
As a SaaS Platform and software development partner to subscription and daily-delivery businesses, we come across information at three levels — your business, your subscribers, and how people use our own website. We collect:
Business & Owner Details
Company name, owner/decision-maker contact details, GSTIN, service area, industry type (dairy, laundry, eCommerce, etc.), and the project scope you share with us.
Subscriber & Order Data
Once your software is live, subscriber names, phone numbers, delivery addresses, subscription plans, eCommerce order history, and inventory data that your team enters or your customers submit through the app we built.
Billing & Payment Records
Invoice amounts, due dates, and payment status generated by the recurring billing engine. Card/UPI details are handled by your chosen payment gateway — Infosoft does not store card numbers.
Technical & Support Data
Login credentials for staging/production environments, device and IP data, delivery-app GPS pings (only while route tracking is active), and error logs used to fix bugs.
Data From Development Projects
Building custom software for a recurring-delivery business means we sometimes work with real business data during development, testing, and support. Here's how we handle that at each stage:
Discovery & Requirements
During onboarding calls and requirement documents, we collect details about your current workflow — how you manage customers, routes, and billing today (including registers or Excel sheets you share with us) so we can design the right system.
Development & Testing
We may use sample or anonymized versions of your data in staging environments to build and test features. Where real subscriber data must be used for testing (e.g. migrating existing customer lists), access is limited to the assigned development team only.
Deployment & Ongoing Support
Once live, we retain admin-level access to your software only where needed for hosting, maintenance, bug fixes, and the support plan you've subscribed to. You control which of your team members and ours can access what, through role-based permissions.
Data & Code Ownership
Your business data always belongs to you. Source code ownership follows the terms of your service agreement with Infosoft, and is not affected by this policy.
How We Use Your Information
- To design and build the custom SaaS platform, eCommerce solution, website, or mobile app you've hired us to develop.
- To operate and maintain the billing engine, admin dashboards, and apps once your project goes live.
- To process recurring invoices, generate business reports, and trigger payment reminders on your behalf.
- To power delivery-boy route planning and live order tracking within the apps we build.
- To provide ongoing support — fixing bugs, rolling out updates, and responding to your team's queries.
- To send service-related notifications via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (never marketing spam without consent).
Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your business data or your subscribers' data. As your development partner, information is shared only in these limited situations:
- With payment gateway, SMS, and WhatsApp API providers you choose to integrate — strictly to process a transaction or deliver a notification your software triggers.
- With cloud hosting and infrastructure providers (for example, your app's server and database) who store data securely on your behalf under confidentiality terms.
- Within our internal development and support team, on a need-to-know basis, so the engineers assigned to your project can build and maintain it.
- When required by law, court order, or a government authority.
- Between a business owner and their own staff or delivery accounts within the same software instance — this is how the product is designed to work.
Data Security
We use industry-standard measures to keep your business and customer data safe:
Encrypted data storage & transmission (HTTPS/SSL)
Role-based access — your staff only see what they need
Regular backups and monitored cloud infrastructure
Private source code repositories & isolated staging/production environments
Cookies & Tracking
Our website uses cookies to remember your preferences, keep you signed in to your dashboard, and understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some dashboard features may not work correctly without them.
Your Rights & Choices
- Request a copy of the data we hold about your business or ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your account data, subject to legal and accounting record-keeping requirements.
- Opt out of non-essential SMS/WhatsApp/email communication at any time.
- Business owners are responsible for honoring similar requests from their own end customers stored within their software instance.
Children's Privacy
Our products are built for business use and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will remove it promptly.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We will post the revised policy on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date, and for significant changes, we will notify registered business owners directly.
